01 · Your rights at a glance
As an IN2Fitness member you are entitled to: a clear and itemized contract, a 24-hour cooling-off refund window, transparent freeze and cancellation rules, safe and well-maintained facilities, qualified trainers, and a published process for raising complaints.
02 · The 24-hour refund window
Per NAFES (National Center for Fitness and Recreation) guidelines, you can request a full refund within 24 hours of membership activation — for any reason. Visit any branch with your ID and proof of payment, or email refunds@in2fitness.sa. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 14 working days.
03 · Freezing your membership
You may freeze your membership for medical, travel, or personal reasons. Freeze quotas depend on your plan; details are stated on your contract and shown in the IN2Fitness app. Freeze days are added to your end date — you never lose paid time.
04 · Cancellations
After the 24-hour window, you can cancel your active membership at any time. Cancellation stops further charges (for installment plans) but does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid, except where mandated by Saudi consumer-protection law.
05 · Facility and trainer standards
All IN2Fitness branches operate under NAFES licensing. Equipment is serviced on a published schedule, hygiene and safety inspections occur regularly, and every personal trainer holds an internationally recognized certification. If you spot anything unsafe, please flag it to the duty manager immediately.
06 · How to raise a complaint
Step 1 — talk to the branch manager. Step 2 — if unresolved within 5 working days, email customer-care@in2fitness.sa with your member ID and a description of the issue; we acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 14 days. Step 3 — if you are still unsatisfied, you can escalate to NAFES or the Saudi Ministry of Commerce consumer-protection hotline (1900).
07 · Personal data
Your personal data is processed under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). For full detail on what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.
