The rules that govern your IN2Fitness membership and use of the website, app, and clubs. Plain language version below — please read before signing up.
01 · Membership
A membership grants you access to the IN2Fitness branch(es) and amenities included in your plan, during the published operating hours. Membership is personal, non-transferable, and requires a valid government ID. Minimum age is 12 years; members aged 12–17 require a parent or guardian signature.
02 · Payment
Membership fees are charged in advance for the full duration of the plan you choose. We accept cash, ATM cards, Visa, MasterCard, and Tabby installments. Prices are in SAR, inclusive of applicable VAT. Promotional rates are valid only during the campaign window stated at point of sale.
03 · Activation
In-branch sign-ups activate the same day or within seven days of payment. Online sign-ups activate as soon as payment clears. Your plan duration starts on the activation date, not the purchase date.
04 · Freezes
You can freeze your membership for medical, travel, or personal reasons. The number and length of allowed freezes vary by plan — see your plan details or ask at any branch. Freezes pause the duration counter; days frozen are added to your end date.
05 · Refunds and cancellation
Per NAFES guidelines, you may cancel and request a full refund within 24 hours of activation. After 24 hours, memberships can be cancelled but are not eligible for a refund except where Saudi consumer protection law requires one.
06 · Club rules
Members are expected to wear appropriate athletic attire and closed-toe footwear, return weights and equipment after use, respect staff and other members, and follow all signage and trainer instructions. Photography or filming inside the club is prohibited unless explicitly authorized by management.
07 · Liability
You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to exercise. IN2Fitness, its staff, and trainers are not liable for injuries arising from improper use of equipment, ignoring instructor advice, or pre-existing medical conditions you have not disclosed. Personal belongings are your responsibility — use the lockers provided.
08 · Termination
IN2Fitness may suspend or terminate a membership for serious or repeated breach of these terms — including harassment, theft, or unsafe behaviour. In such cases, no refund is owed.
09 · Changes
We may update these terms to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Material changes will be communicated via email and posted at this URL at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the membership after that date constitutes acceptance.
10 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes that cannot be resolved through our customer-care process will be referred to the competent Saudi courts.
